How does auto-renew work?
- We dont have auto renew but 4-2 days before your subscription ends you will receive an email regarding renewing your plan and based off if you would like to continue just pay via paypal or transfer to our bsb and account number (instructions will all be via email, check spam if not received).
Are there hidden costs?
- Unlike other providers we will not hit you with a random cost, your account includes everything you've paid for or what's noted on our website.
Do our servers freeze or buffer?
- Like with any streaming platform such as Youtube, Netflix and hundreds others, buffering/freezing only occurs with slow download speeds.
